escalon interview questions

FSF (now Escalon) had a very simple interview process. I was asked a few questions about myself, my experience, and then given a workbook to complete. Once they review your workbook, they decide which role you are a better fit for: Accounting Manager or Controller.

The interview process was straightforward and quick, focused on sales experience without trick questions or homework. It was pleasant, and they provided immediate, constructive feedback right after the interview. They made everything seamless.
