I was asked to do Multiverse role in this job. We have to do the calling, email, chat, and handle food delivery part with riders and rider's hiring also with communication with rider's Hiring team. Taking abut interview's process so, it was an easy and simple selection process with only 2 rounds only. First round was telephonic taken by the HR and other was taken by Process Manager and that was the final one. I was asked to join on immediate basis.
