Interview
I met with the manager. She asked me pretty general questions. After passing the first part of the interview, she asked me to create outfits based off a certain event. This outfit had to include jewelry and shoes, which is in line with company policy.
Very easy. Walked in to drop off resume and heard back quickly. In interview picked out a cute outfit for a mannequin and talked with managers. also helped a customer.
The interview process was two parts. First, they ask you normal behavioral questions, then you move to the next step and they have you style an outfit for a fake client.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
