Got contacted by HR first for 30 min telephone interview with HR rep. Conversation took place as scheduled and was a decent first interview. Got contacted 2 weeks later for a second round telephone interview with studio head for Program Management. Interview was rescheduled once on short notice then interviewer didn't dial into conference (technical problems were blamed later). Interview got then rescheduled again and shortened from initially 60 mins to 30 mins. Interviewer was unpleasant and rude right from the start, didn't give time for me to ask questions and was eager to get rid of me after only 20 mins (which is why I suspect it was a pro forma interview since I made it accidentally into the 2 round?). We agreed on a hiatus for my application of 1.5 months and then reconvene. I had already decided to cancel the application process only 2 days after this last interview when HR wrote a standard rejection letter despite agreeing on something else.
Overall impression: unorganised and unprofessional application process, big question mark behind corporate culture
