Very structured from call with HR/recruiter > Case Study > Full Assessment > References with prep call with your HR/recruiter throughout each milestone. It is a long process though - I started in Feb and got my offer in Apr. With that said, it's very structured and I appreciated having someone who was my main point of contact all throughout until I accepted my offer. She was pivotal in making the experience feel personal not transactional and played a big role in introducing me to people as I made my offer decision and started at the firm!

Interview
Interview was straightforward but lengthy for a reason. First, a 30-minute screening call, followed by a more in-depth 1-hour conversation with a more senior recruiter. Then, assuming you pass, you'll receive a case study to assess a fictional candidate for a senior position. Then you'll debrief the case study with a current leadership advisor. After, assuming you did well enough on the case study, you'll go through your own 5-hour career conversation with a separate leadership advisor. This step is helpful because you'll have a good sense on whether you'll like the work. If that goes well, and the hiring committee approves, you'll go through reference checks before the offer is made.
