took written test in which they asked only sql related objective questions and one subjective question.
and select those who were good in .net only. i think they didn't checked test papers because everyone's answer was same.

It looks like a fraud and a scam, or just too unprofessional and incompetent people. The phone interviewer had no idea what the position was and how to read the resume, so I can't call this process technical screening at all. After the talk, they asked me for all confidential details to "submit my resume" so it's clear that they do not have the role they are promoting or just collect the sensitive data.
