I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at iCIMS
Interview
The interview process was refreshingly clear and efficient. Everyone I was in touch with was friendly and considerate of my schedule. Next steps were clearly spelled out, and there were no large gaps in time between the different steps of the process. Since I was proactive, the entire process from the initial exploratory call to accepting the offer only spanned 3 weeks.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at iCIMS (London, England)
Interview
I had over 6 interviews including assessment only to receive a standard notification post interview. interviews were with 5 different stakeholders across the organisation. process was v long. no feedback and left a bitter taste in my mouth
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at iCIMS (New York, NY) in Jul 2021
Interview
1st Round: Recruiter,
Ccat test and Personality Survey
2nd Round: Hiring Manager

The total process took less than 2 weeks, very profesional, very smooth! They even respond to follow up thank you emails!
I applied online. I interviewed at iCIMS in Dec 2020
Interview
I completed a phone screen that ensured I was a fit for the position for both experience and expected salary range. Then had a panel interview with potential supervisors. It was a pretty average interview. The managers I interviewed with were very friendly and the interview was more of a conversation and felt less like a traditional interview which helped me put my best foot forward I think.
Also once I worked with a great recruiter after my initial interview who kept in contact and walked me through the longer than normal turn around on next steps
