Interview
The interview process was very smooth and transparent.
It started with a quick phone interview lasting only about 15 minutes, just getting to know me and explaining to me the process.
Then, a second phone interview was conducted lasting a bit longer (20-30 minutes) going over the specifics of the position, asking me some customer support related questions and to draw on my experience.
The in-person interview involved touring the company and then meeting 3 teams of 2. All of the interview teams were very friendly and helpful and asked good questions.
After the interviews, I received a phone call within 1-2 weeks offering the job.

Q: Tell us about a time when you provided excellent customer support.
Quick and to the point. 2 rounds, one with HR and one with hiring managers. No technical round. Very refreshing for a tech position where in the tech industry, 4+ rounds of interviews are starting to become the norm.

Recruiter screening was great, he was personable and easy to talk to.
Second interviews took 3 weeks to get coordinated all while not communicating with me at all. When the time came for the interview, the women were cold, had no personality, and seemed genuinely uninterested in interviewing anyone let alone myself.
Didn't hear back for another 2 weeks and at that point I was no longer interested.

the first interview I had was great.
They asked very good questions about my past experience and were very knowledgeable about the company and its benefits/perks.
The recruiter even asked how to pronounce my name! which is a small detail, but very important.
