Interview
Went through HR and met hiring manager, the manager liked me and asked HR for a followup on-site tech interview, HR reached out for a possible day and then had me ghosted since then. I read other interviewers' comments and found out ghosting candidates seems to be the culture of this company. I will stay away from such culture.

Interview
Got a call in the morning when i was asleep. The guy asked me a couple of questions on C, C++. I could hardly recollect anything and he hung up saying that I am looking for someone with a strong programming background. After a couple of hours I again got a call and was asked to prepare for a phone interview next day.
