iSoftStone Technical Support Engineer interview questions

The interview experience was highly unprofessional. The interviewer displayed a dismissive attitude and expected an unrealistic level of knowledge from a candidate with no industry experience. Most concerning was that the interviewer laughed while I was seriously answering questions, which came across as disrespectful and inappropriate. This reflects poorly on the company’s hiring standards and interview culture.
