I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at iba America (Alpharetta, GA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Disjointed and a complete mess.
Avoid this place unless you want to be disrespected by the owner. I have 1 1/2 years of enterprise experience. Roughly 3 if you count all the work I did in school. I was asked for my college transcript. What next? Two letters of endorsement from my old professors? In essence, basically your skills mean nothing to the owner. There's probably a reason why they had went through roughly 300-odd candidates (probably 70+ more after me) and they look like they haven't hired anyone there.
If you live far from Alpharetta, don't waste you gas, time, or energy, on this. You will be left a bit ticked off and annoyed by such a ridiculous process. Also, expect to get blind-sided by an almost interrogation-like second face to face. You'll think it's a cordial get together, introduction to the company, and employment, process...Only to get technical questions, demands for your transcript, and technical questions. Rather low and shady, almost like they're doing everything to NOT give you the job....Oh, and expect to get offered a 1099/Contract work, instead of regular W-2/full time work...
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General questions about you resume and skill set. Possibly math questions...
Unfortunately, this candidate wasn't a perfect fit for the position. We had an unpublished position that we thought would be a better opportunity for him. Part of the review process included acquiring further detail on their experience, including core educational background. Apparently, they didn't like the process.
