Interview
Three rounds of interview.
1. Initial HR round - communication and cultural fit.
2. Technical round, which focuses on experience, situations, conflict, risk and stakeholder management.
2. Final round with Senior stakeholder/People leader - Emotional intelligence, critical thinking and problem solving, especially conflicts, stakeholder reporting, value creation.
