Selection Process consists of Telephonic Round, F2F Technical Interview followed by Manager, HR (Could be telephonic round as well) For 2 -5 years they want good knowledge of basics and hands on experience If these 2 are good in any domain, they will be hired

They have the best technical process I have found until this day. If you are a good software engineer you should have no problem. They have two interviews. The first one they go through your experience and make you draw an architecture. Then, they hand you a PDF with an exercise to solve, I would say it is 80% OOP design and 20% algorithm design. This exercise can be solved in 10 hours or so. Finally, they interview once more to do some TDD in front of them and some refactoring, nothing out of proportion.
