Simple and easy, set a time, walk in and have a nice conversation. Wasn’t stressful at all. Interview took place during business hours and was held in the storage room behind the business.

I started by coming into the store and dropping off an application, where I chatted with one of the keyholders who told me she would pass my resume along to the hiring manager. She called me back quickly and I went in for an interview the next week. We chatted for a few minutes, and the interview was very casual and she wanted me to carry the conversation to see how I was with people and customers.
