I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (St. John's, NL)
Interview
It was super crowded. A group of 30 people (mix of positions) crammed in a tiny room trying to sit in a circle. it was hard for most people to be seen. Of course you had to do your best to be heard, but most people just spoke over others. a lady was taking notes but from her position could not see everyone's name tags. I feel like the resumes should of been more thoroughly reviewed and then certain people invited to the group interview - it didn't even seem logical that she would get to read mine or most people's resume, which hurts because I am very qualified for the position. Just felt like a lot of luck and chance and not qualifications.
