2nd Interview - One on One interview with store manager
Process was very easy going and friendly. Group interview style, went around in a circle and answered the question.
They are looking for someone who fits the lululemon mindset and attutude. Certain personality type and look is necessary.

Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
