Applied for this position online - application was time consuming as it asked obscure questions such as "What is the theme song of your life?" etc etc. I was contacted via email within a week or two, and invited to an in-store group interview... at 7:30 AM...
The group interview was easy, there were two groups of ~12 people, and we sat on yoga mats in a circle in the store. They had us introduce ourselves and say our favourite way to sweat. From that point on, all questions were posed to the group, and you could answer by raising your hand, and if you didn't want to answer one, you didn't have to. The overall experience was interesting, as it clearly defines those with irritating personalities immediately, or those people who cannot meld well in a team. And were there ever irritating personalities! I didn't answer one of the questions, as I was caught off guard by how annoying some of the people were - I could barely hear myself think! Mustn't have mattered much, as I received an invite via phone later that day for a second interview.
My second interview was two days later, I went down to the store and met up with the manager and assistant manager. They were super nice and just had an easy going conversation with me. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside, and they asked about my life goals and some light behavioural questions. It seemed like it went well, but it was obvious that my career goals were elsewhere and they could probably tell that. They got back to me within two days to let me know, so that was nice.
