Very thorough interviews, group setting interviews, long process to go through. First you have a group interview and then two more additional interviews. They ask questions like "describe yourself in one song".

Very detailed process; they checked references and took a lot of care in making sure you were interested in the role, which felt like a lot for a retail position. But I also felt very aware of the culture I was going to be joining.
