I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
5 interviews and was approximately 1 hour each. It took a little less than 2 months to complete. Recruiter was responsive for updates. Questions were mostly situational about previous experience and hypothetical scenarios.
Interviews itself were ok. what can be improved is the number of layers candidates need to pass and the waiting time in between steps.

it takes way too long for a decision email.
it seems too if you're not "aligned" and leave a retail role and had any contact with People & Culture you are blacklisted.
