I found the posting on Indeed.com and then applied directly through lululemon's company website. The very next day I was contacted by the assistant manager and invited to the group interview that everyone else before me is referring to. It would be 45 min of pilates at a nearby studio and then a 30 min sit down session to get to know one another. Once I read all these reviews, I was skeptical about whether they were actually offering the management position so I e-mailed them asking if it the group interview was regarding that position as opposed to a key holder or educator one. I was reassured it was for the assistant manager position. I showed up and everything went as planned. There were only 3 other girls there, but everyone was very sweet and open. I loved how the company thought outside the box and broke down the traditional interview barriers. The manager assured us that this wasn't the only way they would interview us and that she'd be in touch either through e-mail or text soon. It's only been 2 days since the interview, I haven't heard anything back but again, it's still very soon. So far I've been very please with everything and am truly hoping to get the position. Let me assure you that I've never done pilates or yoga until that day but I was assured that it wasn't a problem at all.
