HR one on one interview, then a technical exam. Finally an interview with an Architect who goes through your exam with you. Than an interview with the CTO to know you better.

Interview
It was 3 steps process: phone interview, HR personal interview (in office) plus technical test, and than technical interview (in office with 2 team members) with discussion of test results. It was not very complicated. And they said I passed it pretty well. I was rejected because "I am too shy to fit their crazy team".
