Since ofo is still in full startup mode in the US, the interview was atypical — 3 phone interviews, following by a written assignment, and then an offer. The interview style was very much conversational with the typical questions such as, "What do you do now?" and "What would you bring to the role?" Other, more ofo-specific questions included, "What attracts you to bikeshare?"
Since the team I'd be joining works in three different cities, I never met — or video called — anyone in the interview process, which was a first on my end.
