I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at safeXai
Interview
A recruiter got in touch with me and asked if I'd consider applying. I said sure. After a preliminary phone call/talk the recruiter said they'd set up a technical interview with someone on the engineering team. I never heard back from them, even after following up several times.
I'm sorry you feel you had a negative experience with Banjo. Unfortunately, you talked with an outside recruiter from an independent recruiting firm. This review is really reflective of that firm and individual, not of Banjo's interview process or experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at safeXai (Redwood City, CA) in Jul 2013
Interview
I applied online and was invited to come interview in person in the Redwood City office. I was interviewed by 3-4 members of the Engineering team, including the team lead. They asked mostly technical questions, about SQL, algorithms, Ruby/Rails and TDD. After the interview, they gave me an assignment to complete over the weekend.
