I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in Feb 2020
Interview
Applied online. The whole process took ca. 1 month. The first answer to the application on email after ca a week - an invitation to the first interview held a week after first email. First interview in LEGO House, Billund - very friendly, more like a chat - Senior project manager and HR present at the interview. Very nice interview. Got answer the day after from HR inviting me for the 2nd interview. The details about the 2nd interview came in the beginning of next week. The second interview ca. 12 days after the first one. Again, in-person interview in Billund. Head of department, HR and Senior project manager. More in-depth, still friendly though, a case for 15 mins in the end. Got a call a day after with job offer.
I applied through university. I interviewed at the LEGO Group (Billund) in May 2026
Interview
The first interview at the LEGO Group began with a formal introduction to the organisation, followed by a panel of current student workers who were available for questions. Candidates were then grouped into teams of three to four, where they were assessed through a structured group discussion based on a technical case study prepared in advance.
The interview process was good. I was contacted by email on the details. The interviewers were really polite, asked a lot of questions related to education and interests and we had a conversation afterwards.
