Interview
We scheduled a meeting over zoom to discuss my background, experience, and the requirements of the job. There were some logistical questions as well, such as when could I start or would I be comfortable performing all of the necessary tasks. (Working a cash register, lifting heavy boxes, etc.)

Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
