The process was great. First interview was by phone to ensure that we were aligned on which tasks the job involved as well as to check whether or not i'd be a match for the role. The interviewer was very pleasant and good at describing how it is to be working at LEGO.
After the interview I decided to apply. I quickly was invited for a second interview with the hiring manager and an experienced colleague from the team. Again, it was a pleasant meeting with further descriptions of the role as well as a there were questions in relation to my competencies within my field of work.
The third interview was again a pleasant meeting. It involved an HR person, the hiring manager as well as a colleague from the team. The HR person was good at questioning my personality as well as she was good at testing my answers. I had to prepare a case on how I would approach a specific scenario as well - also in order for the hiring manager to check my method of working.
All in all, i'd say that the process was thorough, but all meetings were pleasant.
