Interview
1st step was a video call with HR in Singapore, where they had questions to understand more about me and my experience to see if I would make it through to the next stage.
the next stage was an interview in the NZ office with someone onsite and the person who would be my direct report via video call as works in AUS.
This interview was to understand why i applied for the work, my experience and for myself to get to understand the role better that i had applied for.
the last stage was another in person interview with the NZ country manager on site at the office, and 2 people via video call (direct report and the Operations Director) again this interview was for them to understand more about myself, for me to ask questions about the role and company and for them to understand why I was looking to make the move to the LEGO Group.

Friendly and chill atmosphere. Interviewer was very professional and asked the right questions. Tests were of reasonable difficulty and relevant to the position and the skillset. Felt more like a mini-event rather than the usual interview experience.

There was thrid round interviews. The interviewers repeatedly aske dthe same questiones in a persistentmanner, digging deeper each time, and evntually it became very difficult for me to answer. I also did a mock call afterward.
