I went through three rounds of interviews. First, a 20 minute call with the assigned recruiting consultant who asked me general questions about myself and my background and my motivations to apply. Second interview was with the Hiring Manager and another Manager from the leadership team in the department. It was 45 minutes and I was asked more in depth questions about my work experience, my knowledge, why I wanted to work at LEGO, etc. Final interview was with the hiring manager, the recruitment consultant and another person a bit outside the department I was interviewing for. They asked a lot more complex questions mostly about what I would so in certain situations, and behavioural context questions. In the end I had a small case I had to go through with some specific tasks.
