Interview
The overall process was very smooth, well organised and it lasted about one month and a half.
I was first given a useful candidate booklet to know more about Lego and the recruitment journey ahead. These are the steps I followed:
- I had a 30min screening call with my recruiter, which was a pleasant, unbiased camera-off conversation.
- The second stage was a first interview with the hiring manager and part of the team. After that I was given a working week to complete an assignment.
- I presented the assignment during a second interview with the hiring manager, my recruiter and a couple of team members.
- Finally, I provided a couple of references.
The team was very supportive and available to answer questions/clarify doubts throughout the process, so it was a really positive experience.
