Interview
The interview process consisted of a screening call with the recruiter followed by an interview with two members of the Workplace Experience leadership team. After these two interviews, I had a case study exercise where I had to deliver a presentation on a complex workplace challenge to two other members of the leadership team. After this, I received a phone call with a verbal offer followed by a written offer.

Interview
It was quite a structured process with frequent status updates and transparency around expectations in each step.
1. 1st Interview: 30 min. dialogue through Teams with a TA Manager for initial fit assessment.
2. 2nd Interview: 1-hour Teams call with hiring manager and one senior stakeholder focusing on background and experience in relation to the role.
3. Between 2nd and 3rd Interview: Case preparation. I had approx. 1 week to prepare.
4. 3rd Interview: Case presentation at 1½-hour Teams call with hiring manager and two senior stakeholders. Based on the case, the interviewers line up question around situational and practical examples of your experience,

How do you approach leadership of deep subject-matter experts?
Everyone is extremely friendly and honest through out the interview process. I found the interview process quite structured and efficient.
The onboarding process is very detailed and thorough as well.
Overall a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
