First round recruiter call, very knowledgeable about the role and requirements, not just a tick-box exercise. Second round interview with Director and person covering the role currently. Competency based questions, but with a relaxed conversational manner. Good time left to ask questions, friendly and casual vibe. Third round interview was a presentation with 3 people including line manager and Finance partner. Instructions and info was provided several days before, presentation was around 30mins, with another 30mins for questions and discussion on it, and remaining 15-30mins for candidate questions. Again, friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
