It takes quite long time and 4-5 rounds of interview but it was worthed because now I am woking in LEGO Group! It takes aprox. 2-3 months but it was really good experience.

The interview process began with a phone call where we discussed my professional experience and background, This was followed by an initial interview with the manager, during which we had an in-depth discussion about my experience and qualifications, The next stage involved a panel interview with the manager and engineers, which included technical questions and a presentation of a task I had prepared in advice, as provided via email, Finally, I was invited to visit the factory to gain insight into its operations and environment.
