Interview
I applied via referral, so I didn't have a screening stage.
The first step was the Codility challenge with a 1-hour limit. It included four parts with questions about motivation and experience, scaling, CI/CD, problem-solving, and Java concurrency.
The next step was a technical interview with team members. They asked me questions about Java, cash, and problem-solving.
The last step was a cultural fit interview.

The worst interview ever!!! Can you believe the recruiter told you that the feedback is positive on Monday and then decline you on Wednesday because of your first interview feedback? Are they just trying to be kidding me?! If you are not satisfied of my first interview, you shouldn't say it was positive and scheduled another one! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME INTERVIEWING WITH THEM! YOU DESERVE BETTER!

Interview
Very poor interview process, the only thing this company care about is having a certain number of interviews per month, as in the hiring managers and employee set a target for the management so that they show them they're working and hitting their numbers. Don't waste your time on applying or doing interview with them this business is already sinking and google hotels is replacing them with a much better experience (check the employee reviews here on glassdoor and that will prove it to you)
