I applied online. I interviewed at trivago in Dec 2020
Interview
About +50 candidates applied for this position according to Linkedin.
Nearly 3 weeks after I applied, I received an email with code challenge in codesandbox. It took about 4 hours to complete. An hour later after submitting it, I got a rejection letter without any feedback. Just that they were too many candidates. Next morning they posted they same job in Linked.
I thought about asking for a feedback but after seeing the reviews here it would have been waste of time.

2. They send you a Case Study
3. Wating for thair responses.
The Case study was hard but I did all of the parts (even optional) but they reject me and they didn't tell me the reason.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at trivago (Palma de Mallorca) in Jul 2019
Interview
The process took too much time (almost 2 months), I was applying for Palma. It took a lot of time between each interview (1-2 weeks). I made the technical challenge, later they asked me about it, later I had a team interview, later product owner...It was around 5 or 6 interviews.
In the end they didn't take into consideration my already told expectations on the process beggining and made me a very poor offer, a lot less than my minimum. I tried to negotiate but they refused, concluding in a totally wasted of time for them and for me...People told me that employees tend to rotate a lot because of bad conditions, take care!!
