We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to be responsible for assisting Cargo Manager to maintain and manage the safe operation of warehouse and system data.

Job description:

-Working as Cargo Operations, in the coordination of freighter/pax flights operations.

-Providing customers with after-sales service of cargo transportation, including handling of abnormal transportation, communication and coordination of external stations, and acceptance of complaints and claims.

-Daily supervision and management of each freight ground agent/sales agent.

-Participate in the formulation, monitoring and optimization of the inbound and outbound cargo transportation process.

Skills & Experience :

-have legal work permit in the UK;

-being fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English listening, speaking, reading and writing;

-having very strong sense of responsibility; good communication and teamwork skills；independent working ability;

-having good knowledge of computer operation and skilled use of Microsoft office and other working software;

-relevant experience in airline or logistics is preferred.
