We are seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate to join our dynamic cross-border accountancy practice as a Graduate Trainee Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to begin their career in international accounting while receiving comprehensive on-the-job training and professional development support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of financial statements for clients across multiple jurisdictions
- Support senior team members with cross-border tax compliance and advisory services
- Help maintain client records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of corporate tax returns for UK and Ireland
- Participate in client meetings and correspondence under supervision
- Conduct basic research on tax regulations and accounting standards
- Assist with audit engagements
- Help prepare management reports and financial analysis for clients
Training and Development
- Comprehensive structured training program covering international accounting principles
- Mentorship from experienced cross-border accounting professionals
- Support and study leave for professional qualifications (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent)
- Regular in-house training sessions on tax regulations and compliance
- Exposure to various accounting software and cross-border reporting tools

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Strong academic record with minimum 2:1 classification (or equivalent)
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced international environment
