    Pros

Great people, great culture. You will always be challenged in your work and there are plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

    Cons

You have to be prepared to pivot fast, which is not necessarily a con, but if you're not prepared to move with the direction the business is going in. You may be left behind.

    Advice to Management

Management do a great job in leading the business forward and make it one of the leading companies in its field.

    Technical Analyst Apprentice Interview

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at ANS (Manchester, England) in July 2019.

    Interview

Applied via Government Find an Apprenticeship website linked to ANS website, was then emailed some online non-verbal reasoning tests to complete, then emailed to arrange an interview. Seemed like a laid-back atmosphere, nice offices when i arrived, didn't have to wait long for my interviewers to call me through to a meeting room. I was interviewed on a Wednesday and they said i would hear back from them by the end of the week. I sent a follow up email on the Sunday, got an automated response that day. Finally heard back with a position offer about 3 wks later.

Company Updates

  • We’ve welcomed a number of new people into the ANS team during the outbreak of Covid-19 right from Sales to Professional Services. Joining a new company in lockdown is new territory for us all, your first few weeks should be filled with new experiences, having lunch with your new teammates, getting to know the office. Hopefully our ramped up digital communication has helped our new starters put faces to names and get a real sense of what we’re about at ANS, so we caught up with them to get their experience of starting a new role remotely.
