Aridhia Informatics – Why Work With Us?

No matter where you look, three common themes emerge across research and healthcare: that collaboration, information governance and consumerism are key to accelerating research and driving innovation.

To meet these requirements we have created Workspaces – a collaborative digital research platform delivering secure, auditable workspaces that help biomedical research, precision medicine and healthcare teams address complex challenges by engaging personally, collaboratively and productively around data from multiple systems and sources.

Workspaces services are delivered via 3rd generation cloud technologies, allowing our clients to focus on the science while we take care of the technology. Today we are helping clients across different disciplines and organisations – from pharmaceutical companies to academic clinicians – to pool their knowledge, experience and data in order to advance scientific knowledge.

Working with Aridhia is about more than just a job, it’s a chance to make a real difference to the world.

Aridhia’s innovative digital research environment enables healthcare and research organisations to develop and accelerate new, data-driven approaches to healthcare.

Delivering such innovative services requires the talents of a diverse and multidisciplinary team. We combine technical, data science, commercial and academic expertise to deliver services at the leading edge of the analytics space, making Aridhia an inspiring and exciting place to work.

Each team member has a vital contribution to make through the application of their skills, knowledge and experience. What makes Aridhia successful is our ability to work together collaboratively, both internally and externally.

We follow an agile working method with daily team stand-ups, progress boards, and sprints to keep people informed and involved as projects evolve, and to share knowledge across teams.

Aridhia is entrepreneurial and ground-breaking. We’re creating a market and growing a business; it’s probably unlike anything you’ve done before!

We are always interested to hear from potential candidates with a view to future opportunities.

    UI/Frontend Developer Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    No Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Difficult Interview

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aridhia Informatics in June 2020.

Recruitment communication was prompt and professional. I applied online and was given a 45 minute "screening" interview, which was actually a technical interview.

The interview itself only contained open ended questions. One interviewer had a habit of asking the question then mentioning different technologies or techniques which was confusing.

Personally I would have preferred a 1:1 telephone interview to begin with over a panel interview.

    Interview Questions

    • What was your best and worst experience during your software development career?   Answer Question
    • How would you approach a colleague who was struggling with CSS?   Answer Question
