Compass Associates is a multi-award-winning, UK based independent health, social care, children's services and education recruitment consultancy.
Established in 2010 with a vision to offer a consultative, bespoke approach to all permanent recruitment services, we have grown to become the UK’s principal recruiter for the independent health and social care markets.
Primarily based in Portsmouth, with further offices in Manchester and London, Compass Associates have been awarded the prestigious accolade of ‘Recruiter of the Year’ at the 2017 and 2019 HealthInvestor Awards; LaingBuisson’s ‘Recruiter of the Year’ 2019, and the REC ‘Back Office Support Team of the Year’ in 2018.
