    Pros

Work with a great team , and good support from our manager Anthony Riley and the closers. Good having a Manager who is able to jump on our calls if needed and sell .
We all have our ups and downs but positives outweigh any negatives.
Good feedback from Trevor who always keeps us up to date with the stats throughout the day which is useful.
Hours are good half days Fridays and managers down to earth and approachable.
    Daily and monthly incentives

    Cons

Air con either boiling or freezing
    Parking is not good

    Advice to Management

Some good ideas been brought in and looking forward to how they develop.

Daily email from Anthony shows us where we are on target to date really helps.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Exchange Utility (Bury, North West England, England) in November 2015.

    Interview

After my employment with a competitor of Exchange went sour due to them breaking their promise to be supportive of my commitment to my education, I was extremely nervous as I didn't want to end up in the same position that Love Energy Savings dumped me in.

However from my first discussion with Exchange, I knew it would be different. They saw my passion for my education as a pro, not a hindrance, and instantly offered me all of the support that I needed to continue to pursue this, should I be given the job.

They literally called me one day, I went in for an interview the next and started the day after. During the interview they were so friendly and understanding of my position, it was actually quite surreal. Like, it's fate! and where have you been all my life!?

I left the interview with a positive attitude and a spring in my step and was over the moon to get the call offering me the role with all of the support I needed surrounding it. We're the perfect fit... not going anywhere.
