Our culture and way of working has been recognised in the South Coast Tech Awards where we were the Winner of the 'Tech Employer' category in 2019, and finalists again in 2023.
In 2019, ITDev was also a Finalist in the 'Best Company to Work for' category in the Solent Business Awards. Both these awards attract entries from the most outstanding and high achieving companies in the South Coast region.
We are a friendly bunch who enjoy meeting up for walks, bicycle rides, climbing wall meet-ups and meals out. These activities are open to all and we are regularly joined by customers and friends.
ITDev hosts two annual social events for employees and their families. These are the summer barbecue and the Christmas party. The Christmas party is usually held over a weekend, in a hotel, at the company's expense.
Our modern offices are based on the prestigious Southampton Science Park, conveniently located on the outskirts of Southampton close to the M27 and M3, and easily commutable from the south of the M4 (Newbury: 40 mins, Basingstoke: 35 mins). We have an on-site lab as well as facilities to build and re-build prototype hardware.
