Inclarity is an alternative provider of telecommunications services, is that clear? The company operates through two divisions. The Advanced Communications unit offers broadband Voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP) services for businesses, as well as interactive voice response (IVR) and other related services. The Voice & Data division provides satellite-based telecom services including wholesale and prepaid calling services. Founded in 1991, the company was suffering the effects of a distressed telecom industry when, in 1998, it was purchased by private investors who turned the failing company around.
