The object of this company's affection is spatial data. ObjectFX develops software used by other software companies to integrate and manipulate mapping, vehicle routing, address geocoding, and other information used in location-based services. Its data monitoring and visualization products, known as SpatialRULES and SpatialFX, respectively, enable the collection and tracking of customer, product, and supplier locations and other data via the Web. Clients have included Lockheed Martin and the US Army. Founded in 1994, ObjectFX counted Brookwood Financial Partners and T. Rowe Price Threshold Partnerships among its investors prior to its acquisition by private equity investor TransVoyant in 2011.
