I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Pointlogic (Rotterdam (Netherlands)) in September 2015.
The interview was quite engaging, it was a free discussion (>1h) with the CEO and the HR Officer. It felt natural and I didn't feel stressed or pressured. The second interview was held by the HR Officer and the HR Associate and went deeper than the CV and cover letter, diving towards experience and personal views on work etiquette and ethic.
