Salary offered is give-or-take on par for the industry, but severely below average compared to other roles requiring same degree of technicality. Benefits is barely above legal minimum
I applied online. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Pointlogic (Rotterdam (Netherlands)) in May 2016.
Two personal assessments which included questions on education and working experiences; questions on professional preferences and ambitions in the long term; and several talks with different senior managers with similar background. These were followed by one technical assessment; a case study in the field of media planning.
