RecruitME was set up by Chris Buck and Howard Rudder, both military veterans with 20 + subsequent year's experience in recruitment and HR working for some of the UK’s leading companies. The RecruitME team recruit for businesses & organisations across the East Midlands in the counties of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Rutland, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire.
All our consultants are part of the Armed Forces Community and the team understand the latest developments, challenges and intricacies in the sectors we work in, whether it be new technology, Industry 4.0, rapid changes to the working landscape, skills gaps or the latest industry trends. Service delivery is at the heart of everything we do.
No two days are the same here, you will more than likely find most of the team starting their day in the gym or on their bike. This will more than likely be followed by someone getting the breakfast round in and the month ends with a team day out Go Karting. Our ethos is unity, you'll be hard pushed to find any lone wolves around here!
