Respectful Care Rotherham is based in Rotherham itself but covers a wide area, so our carers have to be able to drive.
Rotherham's Respectful Care Management Team has more than 30 years of experience working in the Health and Social Care Industry.
Julie Connelly, Registered Care Manager has proven experience in delivering high-quality person-centred care and support to individuals with various health care and support needs in many different settings. Working in partnership with individuals, their families, and health professionals to ensure they are receiving the right type of care and support, in the way they want to receive it.
The managing director of Respectful Care Rotherham is Gavin Feetham. He comes with over 24 years of management experience while running his own company for more than 12 years, successfully managing large amounts of employees whilst adhering to strict regulations. His drive to improve levels of service, as well as staff working conditions, only adds to Respectful Cares already high standards.
The management team is passionate about supporting and empowering every member of the team to develop existing skills and expertise to continually deliver a personalised service.
