    Pros

    Really supportive company, grat salary and benefits. A fantastic diverse client base. A dynamic and forward thinking organisation where consultants have a genuine passion for supporting clients. Overall a great company to work for.

    Cons

    Depending on the area you work there isn’t always a huge scope for career development however there are sometime lateral moves and occasional opportunities to develop further.

    Interview

    Interviews are conducted at a selections day. They ate competence based and normally involve a presentation (set in advance to allow repetition) panel interview (approx 3 people depending on the role) and an inbox activity set on the day and/or a role play.
