Since our inception in 1989, Spinks has been at the forefront of the tech industry. We have always been deeply engaged with the people who drive the tech community forward. In 2010, we pioneered the first Tech Survey to understand the sentiments, ambitions, and needs of industry professionals.

Throughout our 35-year journey, we have consistently innovated. We launched the first Women in Tech Survey in 2011, introduced flexible working in 2012, and evolved our women in tech campaign into the diversity and inclusion brand You Equal Tech in 2017.
