I worked at Technology Partners full-time (Less than a year)
Good starting salary and pay plan. Good variety of jobs to choose from when recruiting. Very transparent margin. Some co-workers were great.
Obvious favoritism. Little training. Almost no direction. The people that do the "national" recruiting are zero help to new employees. Ask 5 co-workers the same question and you will get 5 different answers. I tried to stick to only ask my trainer questions, but he was preoccupied almost my entire first three months there so getting a straight forward answer was extremely hard. Health insurance is very pricy.
Advice to Management
Come up with an actual training plan.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Technology Partners (Saint Louis, MO (US)) in January 2016.
I had a short phone interview with Technology Partners after being referred by another consultant at the client company. Then I had a phone screen with the client company. Finally I had a panel interview with client company which included a technical challenge. The hiring manager and several peers were in the interview.
