Mission To create the best end to end technology for the global recruitment and staffing industry.
To be the best multi-system vendor.
To deliver within a high-performance culture.
Description At Volcanic, we build better recruitment websites. Unparalleled technology for a very human industry.
It all started on a train when Rob Wilde and Neil Pickstone crossed paths on the London-Manchester commute. Their joint enthusiasm for all things tech sparked a conversation, and a business idea was born. Volcanic was set up to bridge the gap for an industry that was high achieving and ambitious, yet noticeably lacking in efficient technology to support its hunger for growth.
Since then, Volcanic has grown at an extraordinary pace. From our small beginnings in Manchester eight years ago, our ambitious growth plans have led us to open and continue to expand offices in Malaysia, Australia, and Mexico.
We are proud of our team and passionate about nurturing a culture of inclusion. All of our employees are hired based on attitude, ability, aspiration and a love of technology. Our environment of continuous improvement ensures we stay curious and share our knowledge across the globe.
